1. WORKING MODEL EXHIBITION (WME)
Students are invited to participate in the working model exhibition cum competitions. The competition cum Exhibition will be held under the following groups.

2.TECHNICAL PAPER PRESENTATION (TPP) & THEME BASED POSTER PRESENTATION
It will be open for all Engineering Students of all years from all branches.
Both Competititons will be conducted in two rounds. For TPP, Candidate can choose the topic of his/her own related to their respective branches.
For Theme Based Poster presentation, Candidates has to present their ideas on a poster of size 3 ft. x 3 ft. for SRUJANA 2012, the Theme is Eco Friendly Technology.
TPP Competitions will be conducted in various Groups while or poster presentation will be conducted only in one group irrespective of Branch.
1st round will be conducted regionwise as shown in the picture
Participants from all the Districts have to send their Full Paper / Poster Abstract at the following address only, with a demand draft of Rs 100/- in favour of “Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad†Payable at Hyderabad..

Last date for sending entry forms with full paper and abstract for Poster presentation is 2nd March 2012.
Selected candidates will be intimated through E-Mail.
1st round of the paper presentation/poster presentation will be conducted at respective venues as indicated in the above chart.
Only the winners of the first round from each branch will be eligible for second round
competition which will be held at Warangal during 15th – 18th March 2012.
Participation certificate will be awarded to each participant of first round.
Only two participants will be considered for each paper presentation & poster presentation.
4. Rules for Working Model Exhibition
Participants who enroll before 2nd March - 2012 only are eligible to participate in the exhibition.
Participants have to send their entry forms and synopsis at the following address along with DD of Rs.100/- in Favour of “Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad†payable at Hyderabad.

Synopsis should be sent along with entry form and complete report of working model has to be submitted during the event (15th - 18th March 2012) in a spiral bound document along with a soft copy. The first page of which has to contain project title and participants’ name and college name only.
The models will be acessed group wise by a panel of judges from engineering faculty and industry.
All the participants should be present with their models at the time of acessment and are expected to answer the questions posed by the judges.
Jury’s decision on all matters will be final.
All students exhibiting a particular model should belong to the same institution.
The number of Participants per working model shall not exceed four.
Participants present at the exhibition for all days will get a participation certificate.

5. PRIZES
ATTRACTIVE PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED FOR EACH GROUP
6. FACILITIES PROVIDED
Accommodation will be provided for the period of exhibition on request.
Food will be provided for the period of exhibition to all the participants.
A stall with sunshade & single phase electrical supply would be provided free of cost. However, connections above 2 KW load and three phase supply will be provided only with prior intimation Computers will be provided on nominal rent at the exhibition venue on request.
For any requirements other than those mentioned above, the participants are requested to have a telephonic talk with the organisers.
LCD projectors will be provided for the paper presentation competitions.
Four students and a guide are permitted to participate in a group with one Working Model.
